Drawing Walls

  1. Access the Wall Icon: Begin by clicking on the wall icon located in the left side menu.
  2. Choose ‘Draw Walls’: Select the ‘Draw walls’ option from the menu.
  3. Start Drawing: Press and pull with your mouse, finger, or Apple Pencil to draw the wall. Guidelines will assist you in connecting the closest points.
  4. Release to Stop: Once you’ve completed your drawing, release the mouse button or lift your finger/Pencil.
  5. Exit Drawing Mode: Click on the check mark in the top right corner to exit drawing mode.

 

Drawing Rooms

  1. Access the Wall Icon Again: Click on the wall icon in the left side menu.
  2. Select ‘Draw Rooms’: Choose the ‘Draw rooms’ option from the menu.
  3. Create a Rectangular Room: Press and pull to create a rectangular room. Release to stop.
  4. Exit Drawing Mode: Click on the check mark in the top right corner to exit drawing mode.

 

Editing in 2D Mode

  1. Move Walls: To reposition a wall, select it, click, hold, and drag it to the desired position.
  2. Adjust Wall Ends and Intersections: Move the dots at the ends of the walls or their intersections by clicking, holding, and dragging.
  3. Divide Walls: If you need to break one wall into two, use the context menu. Choose the point on the wall where you want the division, then right-click with your mouse or long tap with your finger/Apple Pencil to open the context menu. Click on the icon to insert a dot and create two separate walls.
